Are you open?
No, not at this time. ALL salons and spas are to remain closed due to Governor Inslee’s order on March 17, 2020.
Can I schedule an appointment when you re-open?
Yes, we are currently available on Saturdays between 12-3pm to answer calls and are doing our best to schedule appointments for a projected timeframe we hope to re-open. Please note, rescheduling will be necessary if the orders are extended or modified. Our Seaport voice mail will have our most current information and updates. You may also follow us on social media to stay connected, we will continue to issue updates and keep in touch through there.
What if I already have an appointment during the shutdown?
Those who have existing appointments will be called to reschedule once we have a re-open date.
How can I get Aveda products?
You can easily order online HERE If you are in need of product(s) and cannot order online, please contact us at 360-698-0781 and we can discuss options available to you.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, gift cards are available 24/7 HERE
What about my Spa Membership?
Spa membership billing will be on hold until 5/1 (no one will be billed in April). March’s unused member service will be available to use at later date.
