Policies

To ensure you enjoy your time with us, please take a moment to read over the policies that we have implemented as these will help guarantee that we exceed the expectations of all our guests.

 

Reservations

As our service providers can be booked in advance, we recommend that you schedule your appointments before you leave to guarantee your preferred time and date.  We welcome walk in guests although we cannot guarantee availability.  A credit card or gift card number may be required to secure a reservation of multiple appointments.

Cancellations & No Shows

To cancel reservations without penalty we request no less than 24hrs cancellation notice.  If multiple reservations are missed without notice, a deposit may be required for future reservations.

Children & Friends

This is your time to be pampered, and with that we request that only children or friends who are receiving services join you that day.

Prices

The “+” sign on selected services indicates variations in price among Seaport team professionals based on their level of experience and education.  Hair service prices vary based on time required for the service, length, density and texture of hair.

Payments & Gratuities

We accept all major credit cards and cash, no checks accepted. Our staff is committed to provide exceptional service, and prices do not include gratuity.  If you wish to leave one, please ask for a gratuity envelope upon checkout.
