Policies

To ensure you enjoy your time with us, please take a moment to read over the policies that we have implemented as these will help guarantee that we exceed the expectations of all our guests.

 

Reservations and Cancellation

To secure your reservation a credit card must be on file and online bookings require full service cost at time of booking (base price listed for services at booking, final price at checkout). To cancel your appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for the full service as a No Show Fee.

 

Arrival

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. To maintain the serenity of our guests, we ask that you silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time to remain on schedule so that the next guest is not delayed.

 

Guests

For the comfort and safety of our clients, children and friends/family are not allowed in the Salon or Spa unless they are receiving service appointments at the same time as yours. 

 

For Your Safety

Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Spa intake form prior to receiving your treatments. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.

 

Valuables

For your convenience, keep personal belongings with you at all times. However, we suggest you leave your valuables at home. Seaport Salon | Spa is not responsible for your valuables while you are at Seaport Salon|Spa.

 

Services & Prices

Services with “+” sign indicates variations in price among our team of professionals. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.

 

Discounts

Are limited to (1) discount per service, offers cannot be combined.  Discounts not valid on/using Aveda Pure-Privilege Certificates, Gift Sets or Spa Packages.

 

Gratuity

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happy. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. We suggest 20% of the full price of the service provided.

 

Service Refund/Redo Policy

Due to the customized nature of our provided services they are non-refundable. However your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you received at Seaport Salon|Spa, please contact us within 48 hours. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, we will request that you return so that we can visually evaluate and address your concerns. At that time we will consider providing a complimentary corrective service.

 

Return Policy

Online purchases are subject to Aveda’s return policy and must be returned through their online return process.  Returns of products purchased at Seaport Salon|Spa will be considered within 30 days of original purchase. Due to the consumable and sometimes perishable nature of some of our products, we are not able to return items after 30 days. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.  We want you to love it, and we will do our best to make it right, however from time to time, we may not be able to accommodate a return.

 

Seaport Salon | Spa Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.  For a last-minute e-gift card (click here).
